For independent auto repair shops

Stop losing jobs to voicemail.

An AI assistant answers your phone when you can't, works out what the customer needs, and books the job — nights, weekends, and every ring in between.

No contract. Nothing owed for the call.

Use your numbers

What could your missed calls be worth?

This is your arithmetic, not an industry statistic. Change the inputs and see exactly how the number is derived.

The calculator does not predict results. It only shows the maths from the numbers you enter.

Derived monthly value
$5,500
300 × 15% = 45 missed → 45 × 25% = 11 jobs → 11 × $500 = $5,500/mo → $66,000/yr.
How it works

Nothing about your shop has to change.

01

We learn the shop

We configure the assistant around your services, hours, booking process and the calls you want it to handle.

02

We set it up and try to break it

We test the setup before it goes live and tune the conversations around the situations that matter.

03

We stand behind it

We monitor the setup, fix issues and stay reachable when something needs attention.

Questions

Fair questions.

What if it gives a customer the wrong information?

The assistant is configured around your shop and tested before it goes live. It should not guess at information it has not been given. Where the setup calls for it, it can take a message or move the call towards human attention.

My customers won't want to talk to a machine.

Some will not. That is fair. The point is not to pretend every customer wants AI. It is to give the calls you cannot answer a useful first response instead of voicemail.

Can it do more than answer the phone?

Yes. The core job is to understand what the customer needs, work out urgency and book the job into the shop's calendar.

What if I don't like it?

There is no contract and no notice period. You can cancel any time. The setup fee is non-refundable.

What does it store?

The exact data handling depends on the configured phone and calendar stack. Before going live, you should document what is stored, for how long, who can access it and how a shop can request deletion. Do not publish a more specific retention promise until it is verified.

What happens when the assistant is unsure?

The setup should define what the assistant may answer and what it should not guess. Uncertain calls can be configured to take a message, collect the needed details or follow the agreed escalation path.

Will my phone number change?

No claim is made here that a particular phone system or forwarding method will work for every shop. The setup is reviewed around the shop's existing phone arrangement before it goes live.
